Multicharts C# developer for Encapsulation and creation of bar charts with submultuples of 7200 minutes

I'm seeking a talented developer experienced with C# and Multicharts. This simple project is intended to validate your skills in Multicharts for a further big work that i have to do.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in C# is a must
- Familiarity with Multicharts is a must.
- The candidate has to create all the submultiples of the time frame of 1 week (7200 minutes or 5 days of 1440 minutes seen that the forex start on Sunday evening at 5.00 p.m. NYT and end on friday at 5 p.m.). So it has to create in Multichart bar charts of 3600 minutes, 2400 minutes,1440 minutes (1 day), 1200 minutes and so on until 1 second).
Then the user choose one time frame bar chart and Multicharts has to encapsulate this bars on higher time frame bars that are multiple of the time frame on the chart. For example if you have a bar chart of 5 minutes is necessary to built an encapsulation of 10 minute of 15 minutes or 1440 minutes that are multiples of 5 minutes bar chart.

Please note again that this is primarily a testing project to understand your skill level in Multicharts, but the real and big work will arrive further if execution of this test is successfully. Your ability to create clean, efficient, and well-structured code will be particularly paramount.
