Modify and Recompile r.horizon for GRASS GIS

I need the r.horizon module for GRASS GIS modified to add a second raster output representing horizon height in meters or map units. The additional raster output should be in the same format as the existing one.

Requirements:
- Modify r.horizon to include new functionality
