QT c++ or JS Mindmap generation

I need a developer to provide the code to generate and edit a mindmap in QT c++ 6.2 or JS.
the result should be something like the one at the below link:

the user needs to be able to create new leafs and edit each node and move each item from one leaf to another.
all the content needs to be saved in a sqlite database.
the code needs to be cross platform.
