Migration of a MAC OS software to Windows
Budget: £3,000 – £8,000 GBP

The employer is looking for:
An experienced C++ developer to migrate his currently working application to Windows. The brain/core of the application is written in C++ and was written with cross-platform needs in mind. However, the UI part is completed using Objective-C objects (NSMenu, NStatusBar) etc and currently works on Mac only.
We are looking for a developer that can propose the simplest way to make this application work on Windows. We are open to solutions with GNUStep, QT, Python, C++/WinRT etc as long as it is within the budget and preserves the existing architecture of the application.
In fact the key details that we will pay attention to when choosing UI solution are
Is it fast to implement?
Is it affordable?
Thin plugin layer (easy to embed in code without having to used too many of extra features)
Would it replicate the current feature set we have?

The code contains 17,000 lines of code but only some of it that is UI related that needs rewriting
