I'm looking for an adept image processor and 3D object creator who can develop medium poly 3D characters from images for me. The primary purpose of these characters will be for use in a game.

Create a small program that automatically makes a Head diffuse
Create a small program that creates a 3D Head object from a couple of images
Provides the Hardware specs you used to make the program
Agree that we both can use the program as we wish in chat
Budget $100 or DONT MESSAGE ME I'm not in a good mood about this task either do it for $100 or don't talk to me or make a bid
