Math Formula c program.... -- 2

I'm looking for a C programmer who can create a program for me that implements arithmetic, using integer values as inputs. It needs to be written specifically in C. The program needs to be able to perform calculations accurately and be accessible, and will need to meet all of my requirements. It should be able to handle large amounts of data. I would prefer this program to be user-friendly and come with clear instructions.
