Making Age of Wushu Private Server!

I 'd like to make a private server for Age of Wushu. I just want a server for about 4-5 pc connect as the same time and of course I have all permission to change everything (item, inner,...) in the game. (A server for only 1 pc connect will also be accepted because I just want to test the game before I open for business)
I have no source of the game but I had seen some private sever before, that mean it is possible.
