Make a usefull multitools for a game

A game called growtopia you can use Enet Or anything to connect to the server
I'm looking to build some multitools.
i have some codes that might help you.
It can be a gui but if you only can make a console app its ok aslong its user friendly.
i prefer if you can add licensing system
and linked web interface too
