Make code C# for basic program

I need someone to make code for simple program that is already made. I have a program but I need someone to type the code in C# it is about 170 line code. I have video instructions on what to do. After the code has been typed in C# for the program I need to have a Zoom or google video meeting to show me what each line of code does. This should take between 2-3 hours for everything. Must have good English speaking for zoom video.
