MacOS Parallel Session - concept

Hello everyone. I need a concept of release 1 thing.
For example we have MacOS and user's session. He have his desktop/mouse/windows.
We need to create second parallel session of the user. If we open, for example, window - we should see it and user not. If we have alert from application - we see it, user not. And also we cannot see any of user's session. 2 separate sessions.
It can be released with real double sessions or some tricks with set very big/low coordinates of windows. I need work concept.
Language any: Bash/C++/C Objective/AppleScript/Swift/e.t.c.
