MAKE A SIMPLE PROGRAM TO CREATE THUMBNAILS

Write a small program to create/generate a thumbnail image.
The program will read simple instructions from a text file.

c:\MakeThumbnail.exe instructions.txt

This program has NO user interface.
The program will run from the command line (dos box/powershell).

instructions.txt:

thumbnail_file=c:\path\thumbnail.png
image_width=190
image_height=130
background_image=c:\path\photo.jpg
background_color=red
text=This is text that will appear on the thumbnail
text_size=20
text_font=arial
text_color=black
text_align=center

If no background_image is specified, then use background_color. If neither is specified the background should default to white.

The text on the thumbnail should wrap.

You will test the program on your own.
When delivered we will test the program.
You will provide the executable and the source code.
