Looking for a windows application developer who can relocate to Korea as full-time

Our Company, Sanion, is located in Incheon, South Korea. We are leading Korean company which makes utilities and systems for electric distribution. And we are currently looking for a full-time engineer who can relocate and work in Korea for long term.
We are specifically looking for any engineers who have some experiences in developing a Windows application which does TCP communication.
