Looking for an expert in OpenCV C++ on Visual Studio for small project work to be done
Required to implement the "MeanShift" algorithm to achieve automatic tracking on the selected target region. Users are allowed to select a region on the image. Then for all the subsequent frames, your code should achieve two things:
(1) Track the target region by finding the new position based on the "MeanShift" result.
(2) Apply the Mosaic effect to this new region.
