1. Converting .raw base64 string to .bmp base64 string without loosing quality that means .raw file size is 300kb and resolution is 640x480 and it should be same for .bmp as well .
2. Once you are able to do the given .raw base64 string to .bmp base64 string then i will be validating with a paid tool and if all working then the project is finished.
