Looking for C++ developer (Windows API expert) who can customize the "Save As" dialog in Windows 10, 11.

I am looking for a C++ developer who is an expert in Windows API and can customize the "Save As" dialog in Windows 10 and 11. The specific customization needed for the "Save As" dialog is to change it as -

- Add a custom button and a text box in windows (windows 10, 11) "Save AS" dialog.
- The button will be added as hidden button with a bool prop to show/hide.
- The text box will have prewritten text "Custom" (unmodifiable), this string will be appended to file name while performing "Save AS".
for any program which uses windows "Save As" dialog.
- Deliver functioning C++ source code and detailed instructions to compile and apply this "Save As" dialog, updating it and revert it.


Scope:
- The customization should apply to all application's "Save AS" dialog on Windows 10.
- Deliver functioning C++ code.
- Deliver detailed instructions to apply this custom dialog to windows 10 or 11 OS and revert it.
