Looking for C++ developer

I am looking for C++ developers with follow experience.
- Develop console application in multiple platform (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Use curl library
- Design network program. (Admin, HttpServer, Client)
- Send & Receive files through http Server
- Full document & executable file.
