Looking to develop a cross platform portable transparent proxy.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The code needs to run in Windows and Linux.
The code needs to:
1) provide a Sock proxy listening on port x.
2) all the traffic from a browser to the port x of the proxy needs to be redirected either through a virtual adapter (like one created by a VPN service) either to an upstream proxy.
3) the proxy needs to accept authentication via username and password
4) the proxy must be fully portable and ready to be redistribute as single binary without dependency
