Local Installation of Open Source MMORPG

I require assistance to convert an open source fantasy themed MMORPG into a standalone game for installation on a single Windows machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform online game to offline mode.
- Ensuring smooth game performance on a Windows operating system.
- Implement Point & Click interaction style.
Ideal candidate must have:
