C++ Lisp-like interpreter project.

Note : These projects require VirtualBox, Vagrant, Cmake, and Qt. Instructions for building, compiling, testing, etc

Functionality:
- The interpreter should support conditional statements and loops

Interface:
- The project should have a command-line interface for user interaction

Test Cases:
- The client will provide test cases for the project

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of C++ programming language
- Experience with creating language interpreters
- Familiarity with Lisp-like syntax and functionality
