C++ / Javascript binding

I need a developer to use this C++ sdk called Ultralight ( www.ultralig.ht) and do a binding between C++ (backend) and Javascript (frontend).

What do i need specifically:
Write a sample program that from c++ side call a javascript dialogue box (using Ultralight sdk and Visual studio).
