Integrate C++ Library with Systems

I am seeking an experienced C++ developer to create a library or user application interface designed to integrate seamlessly with other systems. This project will be developed using CodeBlocks and should be compatible with Windows operating systems. The application will primarily operate through a command-line interface. I am using winpcap or #include<pcap.h>

Key Functions to Implement:
- **Ping**: To check the connectivity status.
- **Get_Status**: To receive current status updates.
- **EnablePublish**: To begin publishing data.
- **DisablePublish**: To stop publishing data.
- **PublishVariable**: To publish specific variables.
- **GetIOValues**: To retrieve input/output values.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with CodeBlocks IDE.
- Experience developing applications for Windows.
- Strong understanding of creating and managing command-line interfaces.
- Knowledge in integrating software with external systems.
- Ability to work with APIs for the function implementations.

This project requires not only technical expertise in C++ programming but also a keen understanding of software integration techniques.
