Input control scheme switch for unreal engine 4

I am looking for a developer with experience in Unreal Engine 4 to create a input control scheme switch for my PC game. I need a simple project that would have a settings menu that would allow user to change input control schemes, i have attached images on how it should look like. So one of them input scheme should allow player to control the camera while other two have camera folllow the player.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Unreal Engine 4
- Experience in modifying control schemes
- Familiarity with gamepad input integration
- Knowledge of C++ programming language
