Incorporating UART Data into OpenCPN

I am looking for an expert to help me incorporate specific UART-based data into the OpenCPN software I am currently using on my Windows PC. The UART device uses a binary format and the goal is to amalgamate additional data sources to expand the capabilities of the software.
It would be immensely beneficial if you have:
