I need help to write C# using DLL reference file or using another C++ code as an example

I think that we need to follow the C++ GUI project:
usb-relay-hid/windows-vs/usbrelay(vc2017).sln
And rewrite it to a console C# project
Or use the DLL reference file and add it to the C# project
Or do you have another solution?
