Implementation / Integration of BLE functionality for device configuration on ESP32-S3

Platform: ESP32-S3 with ESP-IDF (C++, no Python)
We use C++ standard interface
Project to be realized in english.
To be implemented: BLE-Interface
0) Pairing mechanism
1) Configuration of various parameters for WiFi connection details (SSID, PW, WPS), general device configuration (measurement and transmit cycles, min/max values for sensors, etc.), sensor values
Protocol: GATT. As we are not well-experienced in BT/BLE a concept shall be made, afterwards implementation, integration & test.
The code shall be implemented on a ESP32-S3, so the availability of this platform is mandatory.
We have an existing software infrstructure on the device so far (sensor data gathering, storing, transmission over other channels like WiFi or mobile radio) and want to add this BT software module which will be the result of this project.
The API between this new module and our existing can be discussed with our engineers in the project and should be as easy as possible.
The WiFi connectivity shall (also) be compatible with the BluFi app.
In case of success we need implementations for other RF standard on this platform as well (EnOcean, LoRaWAN, etc.)
Long-term partnership preferred.
