ImGui Drawing With DWM Problem

I have used DWM Process to Draw On The Screen With ImGui
I'm Having Some Issues With My Hook And The Ability To Control The ImGui Menu With The Mouse Clicks Or Inputs
also when ever i draw anything it show up on my two monitor's
