ILSpy or similar: Recompile C# again after decompile

There are decompilers like ILSpy and JustDecompile which can dissort .NET file.
This all works fine, but making re-compiling them is sometimes a bit of problem.
I am not really experienced with it, so I am looking for somebody who has experience with it.
I want to make it so that my app will compile and run again flawlessly.
