IDA Pro , Expert Needed

I'm looking for someone who are expert in IDA Pro Reading and Analyzing
the task is to read a specific function into DLL file
Make an explanation document for this function behavior
must be in details
no middle mans , just developers and expert please
its simple task , just to read and explain the function behavior in details
