Huffman Encoder & Decoder for JPEG & PNG

I am in need of an experienced C++ programmer who can implement Huffman encoding and decoding algorithms for image data. However, I have not yet implemented this for text data, so your expertise in starting this from scratch is highly essential.

The project entails:

- Implementing Huffman encoding and decoding algorithms in C++
- Ensuring the code can efficiently read and write images in MHa, MHb, and PGM formats
- Overloading >> << operators for reading and writing these images

To successfully complete this project, you should have:

- Strong experience in C++ coding
- Proficiency in algorithm development
- Understanding of Huffman encoding & decoding for image data
- Experience with >> << operator overloading
