Highway Vehicle Tracking Radar System

Hi. I’m a consumer, engaged in a personal project. I would like to find someone who can create a working short range radar program. The components involved would be a pi 5, a Sparkfun xm125 pulsed coherent radar sensor, and a digital servo, and a usb 3 display. I want the servo to sweep 30 degrees left and right continuously and the display to be like a radar screen with azimuth and range rings where the objects are shown. I know there are c libraries available for the sensor. I’m starting to try to learn c and python, but am a long way from having this capability. Money is kinda limited, but no idea what something like this would cost. Thank you
