Highly Experienced C++ Developer needed for coding challenge

I am seeking a highly experienced C++ developer to take on a coding challenge focused on algorithms. The ideal candidate should have expert-level proficiency in C++ and a deep understanding of algorithms. The project must be completed within 48 hours, so strong time-management skills are a must. The project will involve implementing and optimizing algorithms in C++ code. Experience with data structures and system design is also critical. If the coding challenge is successfully completed, the C++ developer will then obtain consist work for up to 5 years. So though initial budget for coding challenge is small, budget for actual work is $1000-$5000 per month.

Brief description of the coding challenge as below:

A High Card game, where two cards are drawn from a 52 card deck, and the highest card wins.
