Create Generic Hash Factory & Interface
Project requirements:
Within this project we are going to be utilizing a select few of the native methods attached to the Go Crypto library (e.g. Sha256.Sum256()), but besides that we’ll also be utilizing different hash functions depending on the context (e.g. ripemd160). We need to implement a “Hash Factory” (for lack of a better term), to allow us to simplify the process of our internal actors performing these specific hash functions and formats.
Start off with just a basic structure to allow for the specification of what hashing type will be used (e.g. sha256, ripemd160)
Use this to further build out the generic interface, which can be used for multiple modules
