Get Data Classification (using Microsoft DLP)

Hi Everyone.
If Data Classfication is set up using Microsoft DLP, tries to get the following items:
1. Get Data Calssification of the currently active Window
2. Get Data Calssification value when the user changes Data Classification using menu or etc
3. If Data Calssification is not set in the currently active Window, Null value is returned.
* This applies to Microsoft Windows, Excel, Powerpoint, and VISIO.
* Must support 32/64 bit
* Development using Office Addon (C++) (If there is another method, please let me know)
* Development tool: MSVC 2017 (C++)
* Need to create test Exe and Office Addon (Dll)
