Generate Node.js library from C++ code or document.

We have a robot control library(TCP/IP commands) that written in C++(qt). We want to make a node.js version of this library to use it in our website. Looking for a node.js developer with experience in C++.
You can write this library(functions) by converting C++ code to node or from scratch to see the protocol document.
Important: both C++ version and document are commented in Chinese so Chinese knowledge is preferable.
