I'm seeking an Unreal Engine expert to create a PC game simulation for performance benchmarking. The simulation involves a character running through hilly forest, with performance data being sent back to an application.

Key project elements include:
- Designing a simulation that mimics the performance of running Fortnite on low settings.
- Collecting specific performance data: Frame rate, Memory usage, CPU, GPU usage, and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

We are building a game simulation benchmark in unreal engine. It will start up, run for a minute of a guy running through hills/terrain, then close. It should look nice, and should have roughly the performance characteristics of running fortnite on the lowest settings. The game simulation should be consistent and have the same results each time when run on the same PC with the exact same conditions.
