Game Client Modification Expert Needed

I'm seeking an expert to modify a game client.

Requirements:
- Bypass/skip specific checks, including:
- Whitelisted IP check validation
- Game session validation
- Modify .exe client, .dll files, and game files.
- Remove TCP/packet check to an external server for validation.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in C++
- Experience with packet encryption
- Knowledge of .dll modification
