C++ Game Bug Fixes and Optimization

I'm presently dealing with a number of issues in my game coded using C++ in MS Visual Studio. These include:
- Game crashes
- Slow performance
- Incorrect gameplay logic

The game is a 2D tank shooter and runs on a Windows operating system.
