Qt GUI developer Needed to Create screens already designed

I'm seeking a talented Qt C++ developer for help creating GUIs in Qt for use in a C++ application. The design is already completed. The lowest resolution will be 1366 x 768 and expandable as large as wanted. With the minimum size and large size all of the graphics shall expand and contract and be usable at any size in this range.

The backend data will be handled by me, we need data subbed in the front end GUI for now.
