GPU-based video merging
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We need a software for merging videos with GPU-support
Input:
1. .mp4-video 5760*1080
2. .mov-video 300*200 with alpha-channel
3. x, y of the center of the second video
Output:
Fullscreen window on 3 displays with second video overlayed over the first one at the specified position, alpha channel of the second video must be used. The software should run on Ubuntu 20.04 and be written in C++. We plan to use ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT710-H4-SL-2GD5 as GPU and expect FPS of at least 60. The complete system setup should be documented.
