Fork PIVX Open source Crypto Coin

I am looking to hire an expert in developing open source crypto coins to fork the PIVX open source crypto coin.
This project primarily involves software modifications and is estimated to take three weeks or more.
Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is highly important for this project, as well as a proven track record of successful projects involving open source development.
As such, it is important that the individual I hire has a solid understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with experience at the expert level - as well as successful project completion in the area of software development.
I'm looking for someone who can fork and compile Latest PIVX source code and create my own coin and installation media from that base on my details.
Crypto Coin Technical Specification:
New Crypto coin based on PIVX Quark (Proof-of-Work in 1st stage then Proof-of-Stake in 2nd stage)
Normal nodes + Masternode
Unique genesis block for main network
Create Windows wallet (we need the instructions to be able to do this alone)
Create Linux wallet (I the instructions to be able to do this alone)
Create Android wallet (I need to be able to do this alone)
Source code and daemon (I need to be able to do this alone)
All steps what you do to create the coin and compiling steps and environments and interdependence must be very well documented
Proposals accepted only from specialized experts in this specific technology , I can do the above with my self for older version of PIVX , but I need the above work for PIVX version 5.5 and above .
