Fix unreal engine 4

I have Visual Studio code installed with C++ support. I installed Unreal engine 4, when trying to create a c++ project, it doesn't open and show an error message:
"The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version, would you like to rebuild them now?" If clicked no, nothing happens, if clicked yes, it gives me another error message "Engine modules are out of date and can not be compiled while the engine is running please build through your IDE" ........ I need an expert to solve this for me
