Fix and rebuild PHP extension called SCrypt

I need somebody to fix an issue in a php extension called SCrypt.

Target: Windows build for PHP 7.4 Thread Safe X64

In Windows, no matter which salt I pass, the generated hash is always the same.

To rebuild it's necessary to use VS2008.
