Fix a bug in a C++ program

I downloaded a third-party library and realized that there is a bug in one of its C++ programs. I attached the program. The inverse of 2D wavelet transform in function "wt2d" seems to be incorrect but I am not well versed to know where is the bug. Thanks for your help.
