Finish a C# research programming

I am looking for a programmer to finish a program a programmer did. He has to leave the project due to some emergency and could not finish it.
The main project is done a couple of years ago. It is software to operate an research instrument, which operate numerous valves, get readings from different sensors, and calculate result. The new software will add additional parameter. The programmer already wrote a separate testing software, which acquires spectrophotometer data. What needed is to integrate it into the main program.
The software was written in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio. Whoever could help will just continue working on the integration, not to restart the whole project from anew.
