Find positions of rectangles of defined size lying completly in a ROI (OpenCV C++ Visual Studio 2019) -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
A rectangle of fixed size is give, for example 10x30 pixel. The task is to find all positions of the rectangle that the complete rectangle is lying inside the ROI (white pixel).
A fast algorithms is needed.
As examples original images and images with sample positions of the rectangle (size 10x30):

S02_orig.png no rectangle of size 10x30 lies completely inside ROI
S03_orig.png sample of rectangle positions: S03_rects.png
Complete Visual Studio 2019 project with source code has to be sent (OS: Windows). OpenCV has to be used, no other librabies.
