File watcher in WinRT/C++ WinUI app

I have an WinUI WinRT/C++ desktop app, Visual Studio project. I want to get notification once a file save/copied to a user chosen directory.

It's a few line of WinRT/C++ code. It should be any that is MS Store compatible, so I don't want Win32 API calls.
