Face attendance recognition using open cv

I am in need of a face attendance recognition system using OpenCV library. I want this system to use facial recognition in place of traditional methods like fingerprint or RFID card recognition. Additionally, I need the software to be able to track attendance as well. OpenCV will be the open source library of choice, and I'm also looking for additional software to help with the tracking process.
