FFT Morphing with C++, strong math background required

We are looking for an experienced C++ programmer to develop a class for morphing between two FFTs. The class will only need to handle creating the FFT from a stream of floats, morphing between the two FFTs (between 0-1 where 0.0 is FFT a and 1.0 is FFT b) and returning an inverse FFT of the morph.
