Excel-to-Word Letter Automation Software

I'm looking for a Windows software developer who can create a program for me that reads data from an Excel file and generates letters in a Word file.

The data is in a table format, and the software should only include specific columns from this table in the letters. The exact columns to be included are Identifiers (e.g., IDs, names) and Custom Data (e.g., status, notes).
