3D Engine Project

The engine has to be completely in c# or Java. It has to be completely new code with camera control, the possibility to add the basic geometry, and dots with transforms, luminosity, etc. 131700m square in area. Pictures should be allowed to be glued on x, y, and z positions plus it needs to enable PDF documents to pop up with the possibility to read inside the environment.
